附1：关于陈炳顺基金的补充说明：
1. 本基金侧重奖学金，重点奖励在各自研究领域做出重要工作，发表高影响力SCI论文的优秀研究生，原则上不再支持助学金；
2. 与外单位合作并列第一作者SCI论文进入本奖学金评审不受影响，本单位研究生并列第一作者SCI论文参评本奖学金将被酌情考虑；
3. 鼓励研究生多次申请本奖学金，但所发表SCI论文在多次申请中不可重复使用。
4. 从下一届评选开始，原则上博士申请者需发表影响因子5分以上的原创性研究型论文，硕士研究生申请者需发表影响因子3分以上的原创性研究型论文。
