关于本所论文的单位挂名与投稿的建议

为推进我校”分子生物学与遗传学"的ESI学科建设,力争2015年底ESI排名进入全球前1%,现倡议科研人员积极向该学科属下期刊投稿(期刊查询:www.sklmg.edu.cn),并积极引用中南大学已发表的”分子生物学与遗传学“ESI文章(文章查询:www.sklmg.edu.cn)。学校现已投入启动经费,用于奖励在“分子生物学与遗传学”ESI学科创建中做出积极贡献的科研人员。
注:
1. 以中南大学为第一单位,在“分子生物与遗传学”ESI期刊发表文章的作者,可获得5000元/篇,由第一通讯作者负责分配。
2. 以中南大学为合作单位,在“分子生物与遗传学”ESI期刊发表文章的作者,可获得3000元/篇。若有多名作者参与,由中南大学的主要课题负责人负责分配,若有多名课题负责人,将平均分配。
3 引用中南大学已经发表在“分子生物与遗传学”ESI期刊发表文章,根据引用次数给予一定的奖励,由文章第一通讯作者负责分配。
4. 该经费可报销文章出版费,试剂,耗材购置费,研究生劳务费等。
